Our process begins with receiving whole primal muscles from approved abattoirs across Australia. These muscles are meticulously infused with high-quality beef tallow to ensure a uniform marbling and exceptional tenderness.

In our state-of-the-art factory, we apply a carefully crafted Japanese trimming technique to these primal muscles, tailoring them to various specifications. We offer two options for our Meltique Striploin: trimmed and untrimmed. Our trimmed Striploin undergoes a detailed process that involves removing silverskin, bone fragments, and adjusting fat depth. On the other hand, the untrimmed version retains the silverskin. Both options are designed to minimize yield loss for our valued customers.

Following the trimming process, the beef is injected with natural ingredients and then packaged in specific casings to maintain its shape and enhance consistency. The product is then swiftly frozen, packaged with care, and distributed to our network of distributors as whole pieces. While our Meltique Striploin is available in its entirety, most distributors offer portioning services to cater to individual requirements.
